Company did not deliver my motorcycle on time, nor did it provide communication to me on the status of the delivery, time/date of delivery, etc. They promised to call me prior to delivery. I gave them two (2) valid phone number at which I could be reached. Despite this, I never received a phone call. Now I am told by company that delivery won't occur until at least April 28, 2010, five days late! Federal Motorcycle Transport is guilty of sloppy handling of deliveries, late delivery, and poor communication to the consumer. They should be ashamed of themselves. Frankly, I don't know how they stay in business.
